With over 25 years of experience building public water, sewer, and storm infrastructures, as well as working on vital water quality programs across 80 cities in Texas, Ryan is well-prepared to tackle Heath's water challenges head-on. His track record speaks volumes, and he knows we can make a real difference by correcting the fundamental issues in water infrastructure.

 

Because of his experience working closely with the Texas Water Development Board, he knows how to navigate the process of securing state aid to address our water issues effectively. Ryan will work to fix our infrastructure and correct the fundamental issues we face instead of passing on the cost to you.
