May 22nd, 2024 - Toll Brothers Property Meeting

On Wednesday, May 24th, Scott Dodson and I attended an event held by the Toll Brothers land development firm. They presented a set of slides on who they are and what their proposed plans are for the Perry Property site (2 plans were presented). These events are held to ensure the citizens get a voice to elaborate their concerns ahead of the upcoming Toll Brothers Planning and Zoning work session projected to occur in June. Timelines, home styles, pricing, concerns on traffic, concerns on water, ecological impact, etc were all topics of discussion. There will be more to come on this topic, and I will keep you updated!
